About the Position

As an Education Coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for the planning and coordination of our training initiatives, both short and long term. You will work closely with internal functions and external training providers, playing a central role in developing, structuring, and ensuring the quality of our training processes. The role involves many points of contact and requires good ability to plan, coordinate, and follow up.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule training sessions with a focus on quality and efficient resource use.
  • Coordinate and maintain ongoing dialogue with external training providers and internal trainers/subject matter experts.
  • Book trainers, obtain quotes, and ensure arrangements, times, and content.
  • Ensure that training sessions have the right venues, technology, materials, and catering orders.
  • Manage participant administration such as invitations, participant lists, confirmations, and attendance tracking.
  • Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations and improvement measures.
  • Contribute to and drive continuous improvements in training planning and collaboration with suppliers.

About You

You are a structured and service-oriented person who enjoys working independently while also collaborating closely with others. You have a good eye for detail, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to create and maintain professional relationships. You are motivated by creating order, improving workflows, and ensuring high quality in delivery.

Important for the Position

  • Post-secondary education in areas such as pedagogy, HR, administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling training sessions.
  • Familiarity with working with external suppliers and internal trainers.
  • Very good organizational and administrative skills as well as good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with SAP, planning tools, and digital training platforms/LMS is an advantage.

This is a consulting assignment starting on 2/3 2026 and lasting until 3/7 2026. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
